We look not only at how your current program is structured, but at ways to obtain the broadest coverage possible for property owners. We'll also look at your carriers and their ratings. Next, we hone in on the subtleties of your policy — specific policy exclusions, sublimits, gaps in coverage as well as efficiencies we may be able to create. For example, we recently reviewed a prospect's insurance program and determined we could combine all their properties with one carrier. By doing so, the client saved significant dollars. Even more importantly, we saved the client the trouble of dealing with multiple insurance entities — time that can now be better spent growing their business.
