Experience
Carole manages the Professional Services Department of Schifman Remley Associates (SRA).  She
oversees client service operations for Financial Institutions, Healthcare Risks, Real Estate Professionals,  Lawyers, Architects & Engineers, Technology clients as well as many other clients requiring some type of Professional Liability coverage.  The Department also specializes in Management Liability/Executive          Protection for both private and publically traded companies.
 
Carole joined SRA in 1996 as Manager of the Select and Personal Lines Departments.  She became Manager
of the Professional Services Department in 1998.  Prior to joining SRA, she worked for American States Insurance Company as a Personal Lines Underwriter, Marsh as a Commercial Marketing Manager and the Independent Insurance Agents of Kansas as Executive Administrator and Director of Education.

Significant Accomplishments
•     Earned the Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI) Designation in 1983
•     Completed 9 of the 10 part program for the Chartered Property & Casualty 
      Underwriter (CPCU) Designation
