Experience
Randy manages the sales and marketing division of Schifman Remley Associates (SRA). In addition,
he is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for SRA and oversees
the agency’s Banking Division.
Randy joined SRA in 1998 and became a partner in the agency in 2007. Before taking a leadership
role within the agency, Randy served as a Sales Executive.
Prior to joining SRA Randy spent 14 years in the banking industry in the area of commercial lending.
From 1988 – 1998, he served in a variety of lending roles for Mark Twain Bank and was named President
in 1995. Mark Twain later merged with Mercantile Bancorp and he remained in that position until joining SRA.
Randy started his banking career working for American National Bank in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Significant Accomplishments
• Randy recently audited Professional Liability and Bond forms for a large bank. Was
able to negotiate multi year policy and significantly enhance their D&O and Bankers
Professional policies.
• Consolidated multi policy Property Management firm into one blanket policy. The
process provided savings while increasing coverage limits for the insured.
